Return & Refund Policy for Customized Watch Protection Film

 

At FINX, every protection film is produced based on the specific watch model and precision cutting data. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies.

 


 

 

1. Scope of Application

 

This policy applies specifically to customized watch protection films manufactured according to the selected watch model and cutting specifications.

Because these products are made-to-order, they cannot be resold or reused.

 


 

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products

 

Due to the customized and non-resalable nature of the product, the following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

• Incorrect watch model selected by the customer

• Change of mind after the order has been produced or shipped

• Installation damage caused during application

• Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality

 


 

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement

 

We will provide replacement support under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product sent by FINX

• Manufacturing defect affecting usability

• Missing components in the package

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

 


 

4. Shipping & Import Duties

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

FINX does not have control over customs regulations in different countries.

 


 

5. Shipping Damage

 

If the product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of:

• the outer package

• the product condition

Our team will assist with a replacement solution.
