Frequently asked questions

Will the film change how my watch looks?

FINX Optical Transparent Film is designed to keep the original finish of your watch. Matte film is only needed for a few finishes, such as Richard Mille NTPT and some Audemars Piguet ceramic models.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Every kit includes tweezers, a silicone application tool, a microfiber cloth and a step-by-step guide, plus a free spare film set in case a piece does not go on right the first time.

What if my watch model is not listed?

Request a custom model and we will tell you whether we can make film for it.

What does the warranty cover?

Film quality problems within 12 months. We supply replacement film free of charge and you pay shipping only.

Where do you ship and how much is it?

We ship to every country by DHL. Thailand is 200 THB (7-14 days). Everywhere else is 30 USD by DHL (3-7 days), and DHL shipping is free on orders over 200 USD.

Can I return my film?

Each film is custom-cut for a specific model, so returns are not accepted. If there is a film quality problem, the 12-month warranty applies.
